KOCH TEAMS WITH INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LLC

Distributor signs new media company headed by veteran PBS Producer

January 16, 2008 - Port Washington, New York – KOCH Entertainment Distribution today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution deal with International Media LLC, a new media company launched by former PBS programming veteran Gustavo Sagastume.

The announcement was made by Michael Rosenberg, President of KOCH
Entertainment Distribution. “International Media’s brand of intelligent programming is the perfect fit for our home video roster,” stated Rosenberg.  “Gustavo’s continued dedication for producing quality programs speaks for itself and we’re thrilled to be working with his new company and to distribute these fine programs at retail.”

International Media is a company dedicated to production, distribution and marketing of entertainment media.   The company was started by Gustavo Sagastume who is President and CEO of the company, in 2007.  Sagastume is former Vice President of Programming for PBS and has produced and executive produced thousands of hours of entertainment, documentary and childrens’ programming for U.S. and international distribution.

Currently, International Media is involved in production, marketing and distribution of several media properties including John Paul II:  A Saint for Our times which recently premiered on PBS. Sagastume is also co-executive producer of THE OSMOND FAMILY REUNION Concert Special to premiere nationally on PBS in March and CELTIC THUNDER, a music special taped in Dublin Ireland, also premiering in March of 2008.

Other current projects include AYO: LIVE from Monte Carlo, also airing on PBS and in Europe and SHANGRI LA, a spectacular dance special from China which will premiere on PBS in March of 2008 and will also be distributed as a DVD by KOCH Entertainment.
